The History of iPod

On 23rd October 2001, The Apple Coporation release the iPod. Tony Fadell was first brought the idea to the attention of Apple. The iPod project start ad Tony Fadell was hired as an contractor for The Apple.
Since June 2003 The iPod become the largest selling portable hard disk player, and twenty million units has sold from 2001-2005. Started 2005-2008 Apple take their step to bring out colour screens into their iPod model but not for the iPod Shuffle. Now, the biggest colour display has implemented with the iPod and be the Touch features.
Apple has shown their intention to enter into further portable multimedia markets after the succesfull of The iPhone and Touch models (2007). The first iPod used the iPhone’s multi-touch graphical touch screen is The Touch that has been launched in 2007and become the first iPod thats provides access to the Internet via a wireless wifi component.The Apple want to branch the iPod out from solely become an mp3 player, to playing video games with a portable multimedia player capable, video files, music files, and network the Internet they invented The Touch.
As The Apple and iPod grows, they have managed to created the touchscreen iPod Touch, the video-capable iPod Nano, the hard drive-based iPod Classic, and the compact iPod Shuffle.
Eventhough The iPhone can be function as an iPod but is was separate product. To transfer music to the devices from computers we can used Apple’s iTunes software using some versions of Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Windows operating systems. Until September 2008, iPods had been sold worldwide more than 173,000,000 ,make them the best-selling digital audio player series in history.
